There is a button in the elevator to contact the dispatcher, and the administrator's number is also indicated - please contact them if necessary.

The elevator is moving slowly, please don't worry.

Doors

The elevator is equipped with internal folding doors that must not be touched during opening and closing. The doors open automatically 5 seconds after the elevator stops.

Our hotel is free of random people and has cameras installed, but for your comfort we have equipped all rooms with small safes.

We clean the rooms daily, and change bed linens every three days or more often if needed. Towels and robes are changed every three days, or more often if they're on the floor.

During warmer months, you can open the windows for ventilation. Be sure to close the windows when leaving your room. Open windows leave your room vulnerable to rain, insects, and urban dust. If you forget to close the windows, please call or email us, and we'll close them for you.

All rooms have orthopedic mattresses—soft on one side and firm on the other. Please let the receptionist know if you'd like to flip the mattress—we'll do it during cleaning.

Each room is equipped with a split-system air conditioner. For cooling, use the "cold" mode; for heating, use the "heat" mode. This system is available year-round, regardless of the outside temperature.

Wireless internet is available throughout the hotel, with two networks available – connect to the one with the stronger signal in your room.

Please fill out the form, indicating the required services, and place your dirty laundry in the designated bag located on the bottom shelf. You can bring the bag to reception or notify the administrator that it needs to be picked up from your room. Payment is due upon receipt of your clean laundry.

All rooms are equipped with sensitive smoke detectors. Smoking in any form is strictly prohibited within the hotel premises. The detectors may also be triggered by nearby aerosol sprays.

Glass bottled water is provided upon arrival. A water dispenser is located in the lobby where guests can refill their water as needed. Water is complimentary, but soft drinks and other minibar items are available for a fee; prices can be found on the price list on the snack shelf.

All restrooms are equipped with water monitoring sensors located on the floor outside the shower stall. If the floor is flooded, they automatically shut off the water supply and sound an alarm. If the system is triggered, please contact the administrator to have the water supply unblocked. Please use the hand shower with caution and remember to turn off the water.
